CODE OF CONDUCT
We at the Enchanted Kingdom Ball would like to remind you all that this is a positive and uplifting event. Please conduct yourselves with kindness and respect for yourself, other patrons, the staff, vendors, performers, etc. Violence, harassment, or nonconsensual contact of any kind will not be tolerated.

​WHAT IS THE WEAPON'S POLICY ?
We are allowing PEACE-TIED weapons into the event! Security will be at check in to ensure this is done properly. We don’t want anyone getting hurt, feeling threatened, or for security personnel to feel the need to intervene. Foam props are also allowed. No guns or anything that can projectile shoot are allowed on the premises!

WHAT ARE THE ENCHANTED COURTS?
The Enchanted Courts is an immersive experience on at the Enchanted Kingdom Ball where guests interact with cast members and engage in a variety of side quests and performances. There are eight distinct courts: Summer, Winter, Spring, Autumn, Sun, Sky, Dream, and Nightmare—each with its own unique characteristics and political dynamics that shape the overall storyline. IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
The Ball is 18+ and the Fantasy Faire is open to all ages.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No, tickets are not refundable. However, you can resell your tickets on the EKB discord channel (click here) or on the private Facebook group (click here) .

​​WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE FAIRE?
You are welcome to wear whatever you like! Renfaire garb, cosplay, historical reenactment, casual clothes, D&D characters, are welcome to the faire!
ENCHANTED KINGDOM BALL QUESTIONS
​​​​​WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE BALL?
The dress code is "fantasy formal", and you are welcome to interpret that as you wish!​
​​WHO AND WHAT ARE THE AMBASSADORS?
​The Ambassadors are key figures in Enchanted Kingdom Ball's immersive storyline, and are there to interact with guests throughout the night. Each Court has one "elected" Ambassador with their own unique storyline and quests for guests to explore and participate in.
DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STORYLINE AT THE BALL?
Not at all! You're welcome to enjoy any of the other activities happening throughout the evening. However, we highly encourage joining the storyline to fully experience the immersive magic of the night.
