About the event
D&D is not a board game to be won but a story and game to participate in.
Your Host: Dungeon Master Zach Salazar is an avid board game player and loves TTRPGs. He has been playing D&D for a few decades and enjoy learning new systems like Dungeon Crawl Classics, ShadowDark, and DC20. He has run games as Game Master for people ages 6 years old to 60 years old and is excited to help usher you into the world of Dungeons and Dragons.
Zach will walk you through character creation, available resources, combat, role play and other game playing basics.He will help you understand different types of games, setting boundaries, and having fun. He will help give new players the tools for how to ask questions, make decisions, and see how D&D is a great place to learn practical relational skills.
This event is open to all ages.
